Shipping policy

Delivery time:

We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to dispatch orders placed before 14:00 on working days on the same day. However, we are not always able to meet this deadline. Sometimes products are out of stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. Should we not meet this delivery time for any reason, we will of course notify you as soon as possible.

Order tracking:

You will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment. This e-mail contains the track and tracé code that allows you to track the order.

Shipping costs:

Within the Netherlands: standard with post NL €6,95. Within Europe: €9.95.

Delivery is via PostNL. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
